Ingredients
- ½ head of cauliflower, steamed
- 3 Tablespoons flax seed
- ¼ cup water
- 1/3 cup gluten free flour mix
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Steps
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Combine flax seed and water and let set for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Combine gluten free flour mix, oregano and garlic powder.
Place cooled cauliflower on a clean dish towel and press to remove water from cauliflower. Press until dry.
Place cauliflower in bowl and mash well until combined. Add flax seed mixture and combine then add flour mixture and knead until combined.
On parchment lined baking sheet, place dough ball. Add another layer of parchment on top of ball. With rolling pin, roll out dough until in desired round, pizza shape.
Bake for 25 minutes or until browned and crispy on edges.
Remove and add toppings of your choice then bake another 10 minutes.
