Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Cookies

Only 3 gluten free ingredients and they taste good? Oh yes! And if you want, you can add chocolate chips! When you are in a pinch for time, this gluten free cookie recipe will be your go to favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter (Recommended brands, Jif or Kroger)
  • TIP: If you use a natural peanut butter, the cookies will be too moist and not hold together
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips (Recommended brands, Hershey’s, Nestles’ Toll House, Guittard chocolate chips)

Steps

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 

In mix bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and eggs.  Add chocolate chips stirring minimally to combine.

Roll dough into balls and press slightly down with spatula onto parchment lined baking sheet. 

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
