Ingredients
- 3 lbs. cooked chicken, chunked
- 1 package of gluten free noodles, cooked and drained – see recipe below
- Alfredo Sauce:
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese. Stir until combined. Stir in parsley and chicken. Serve over gluten free cooked noodles. See recipe below.
Fettucine Noodles
1 bag gluten free spaghetti noodles (Recommended brand: Tinkyada Pasta Joy – Brown Rice Noodles)

Olive Oil
Salt
Fill a large cooking pot with water. Add olive oil and salt to the water. Bring to a boil and add spaghetti noodles carefully without splashing hot water out of pot. Cook until noodles are completely soft. Drain.
