Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 ½ pounds large cooked shrimp, thawed
- Seasoning mixture:
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ¾ teaspoon iodized salt
- ¾ teaspoon sugar
- Optional: 3 green onions sliced
Steps
In frying pan heat oil on medium-low heat until garlic is lightly browned. Add shrimp to garlic until shrimp are cooked through. Mix seasoning mixture together in a small bowl and sprinkle on shrimp. Mixing thoroughly.
Add optional green onions.
Serve immediately while hot.
