Gluten Free Sauteed Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ pounds large cooked shrimp, thawed
  • Seasoning mixture:
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon iodized salt
  • ¾ teaspoon sugar
  • Optional: 3 green onions sliced

Steps

In frying pan heat oil on medium-low heat until garlic is lightly browned.  Add shrimp to garlic until shrimp are cooked through.  Mix seasoning mixture together in a small bowl and sprinkle on shrimp.  Mixing thoroughly. 

Add optional green onions.

Serve immediately while hot.
