Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate bar (Recommened brand, Baker’s)
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1 ¼ cup gluten free flour (Recommended brands, Namaste Perfect Flour Blend, Bob’s Red Mill 1:1)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Optional: Add chocolate chips into batter or on top of brownies (Recommended brand, Hershey’s, Nestle’s Toll House, Guittard)
Steps
Preheat to 350°F.
In small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter on low. In mixing bowl add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat to combine. In separate bowl whisk gluten free flour, baking powder and salt. Add melted chocolate and butter to sugar, eggs and vanilla mixing lightly. Then add gluten free flour mixture on low speed. Once combined pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Bake for 22 minutes. Edges will pull away slightly from pan and center will be set. Do not overbake.
